Ultrasound pics from March 18, 2009

OK so I know 3 weeks have passed since I had these ultrasounds done. I just don't have an internal disk drive to be able to upload them to my computer. I was hoping to get to someones computer that I could save the pictures to an sd card, which I did try, but their computer couldn't read the type that I have. So I finally just got too impatient and just too pictures of them with my camera phone and had them uploaded that way. So even though they are not the est quality like they would be coming off the disk at least they are viewable. The top pic are those cool new 3d/4d pictures now so we actually get to view more of what their temporary homes look like and get to see them moving a little better as well. That is always neat to see. With my son Logan I did not have my ultrasounds done this early. So It is really neat to see with this one how they look at a much earlier gestational age in this type of view.

Here with this bottom pic is the original type of ultrasound that most people are more familiar with. Just basically showing the shape of the baby. Even these pics are awesome to see. Just the thought of getting to see your baby before their birth is just astonishing.

3 Month Prenatal Visit.

So today I went in for my 12 week prenatal visit, to check on how the baby is and to go over my blood-work and ultra sound results. Not that I was worried but thankfully they came back fine. My ultra sound came back with an October 17, 2010 due date. In about 4 more weeks I will have my next check up and some more blood work done. I think that one is to check for gestational diabetes not for sure though. Either that or to just check hormone levels to make sure that they are within range of what the ultrasound is saying, since I didn't keep track of my monthlies this round lol. Then somewhere around 28 weeks I will have to have what is called a rhogam shot to ensure the health of the baby for the remainder of the pregnancy. This is because my blood type is what they call an RH negative factor which means that my body could attack the baby thinking that it is some type of enemy to my body. For a better explanation of this type of blood type go to this..... linkhttp://www.americanpregnancy.org/pregnancycomplications/rhfactor.html As for the baby today I got to hear its heartbeat for the 3rd time and has a strong fetal beat of 158. which is good. My Dr. does not have me scheduled for another ultrasound yet most likely will be scheduled for one at my 16 week visit. With it following sometime in that following week or two. Since it is scheduled by my Dr.'s office I can ask for it to be a certain day and mornings or afternoons, then I just pretty much wait for the phone call from my Dr.'s office letting me know when it is scheduled for. As for now that is all I have on what is going on with baby and I. Logan's appointment is on the 29th so unless I post before then I will be posting sometime after that. Love to all Stephanie

Pregnancy at about 12 weeks

As of right now I have seemed to get through the whole morning nasia, With some bouts of nasia in the afternoon and depending on what I try to eat.

So far I am limited to

  • bagels and cream cheese
  • fry's
  • chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce, preferably McDonald's BBQ
  • Breaded butter pickles
  • cream of broccoli soup
  • Pb j sandwiches
  • and mostly sweets
Today however I have been craving egg salad sandwiches so I'm going to make that tomorrow and see how it goes.

I have gotten a few dizzy spells that I was able to work through during work.

So far I have gotten 1 ultrasound. (Pics to be up ASAP). Showing 9 weeks as of March 18, 2009. I have a Dr. appointment on the 5th of April to go over my blood work results and ultrasound data. To hopefully give a more descriptive due date.

As of right now I am starting to show a little bit not too easily seen with a regular shirt on.

The other thing is that it seems that I can not get enough sleep. Doesn't help that I don't get out of work till between 10:30 and 11:00 pm not get to sleep till 12- 1 am and then turn around and have to be up for my 14 month old.

but I wouldn't trade him for the world.

Well another post to come sometime around the 5th of April with details from Dr apt.

Love to all
